The most common fungal infections include athlete's foot, ringworm and jock itch. This cream helps relieve pain and itching caused by athlete's foot and ringworm. For jock itch between the toes, Lamisil Cream helps reduce itching and burning caused by athlete's foot and ringworm. For Ringworm between the toes, Lamisil Cream helps reduce ringworm symptoms.
Lamisil Cream contains the active ingredient terbinafine. It belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals.
Treatment of fungal infections of the skin, nails, and scalp. Also treats fungal infections of the eyes, urinary tract, and skin. Itraconazole is an antifungal medication used to treat infections caused by fungi.Fungi that are known as Candida albicans:, including yeast infections, colds, and flu.

Standard dosing may be given twice daily. If treatment is required for more than 14 days, the dose should be given in divided doses on the first day of treatment and continued for 21 days. In patients with frequent or chronic recurrent infections, the dosage may be given on day one of the next cycle or day two of the next cycle. In patients with normal immune system activity, the dosage may be given on day one of the next cycle or day two of the next cycle. For the treatment of acute and chronic fungal infections of the skin, the duration of treatment is 7 days. If a patient has an acute infection and has not responded to other treatments, the duration of treatment is 4 days. Treatment may be continued for up to 21 days after the yeast infection has resolved or is no longer active. If the patient is receiving a single daily dose of terbinafine (Lamisil) for treatment of acute fungal infections, the duration of treatment is 7 days. If a patient is receiving multiple daily doses of terbinafine (Terbinafine) for treatment of acute fungal infections, the duration of treatment is 7 days. Doses greater than 400 mg/day should not be given.
